As a life long D.I.Y. musician and an artist with a particularly broad range of musical influences, Guymon Adams defies easy classification by blending elements of goth/industrial, with a distinct flair of Southern rock, country, Mariachi, folk rock, and the occasional dash of metal. Working with an inescapably universal theme of heartache, resentment and redemption, Guymon Adams combines this full spectrum of styles with a twist of dark humor in some cases, resulting in a very passionate performance and a unique, infectious blend of genres. Songs such as "Theme" and "Such a Fool" are destined to pack dance floors, while tracks such as "Sadness" and "Legend of Love" have already been deemed by some in the industry as prime candidates for indie film sound tracks. And this only scratches the surface of the evolved musical diversity on this debut release! Notable Influences on this project include Clan of Xymox, The Cure, The Magnetic Fields, Nick Cave, Johnny Cash, Calexico, Morning 40 Federation, and the Happy Talk Band.
