Mexico: Standard airmail to Mexico has a high rate of loss. Two packages have been lost in the last month. We strongly suggest you do NOT use Airmail to Mexico, but chose EMS, instead. If you do not use Mexico - EMS, we will not replace your package if it gets lost. Please read this note
Rest of World: If you want insurance, please enter "Insurance via EMS" in the comments area of the cart. We will calculate the Express Mail Service rates, and email to you for final approval. If you do not EMS your package, we will not replace it if it gets lost.
Our international shipping rates are based on an average order. We have noticed that some orders (mostly those for clearance items or large box sets) are not being charged the proper postage. On these orders, Projekt will weigh the cds and find the exact cost of postage. We will then email you with the adjusted total for your approval. If you decide that you do not want to pay the proper postage, we will cancel the order and refund any payment you have sent. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is the only way to keep shipping rates fair for all of our customers.

I am placing a large order within the U.S. Do you insure your packages?
Standard shipping rates above do not include insurance, and lost parcels will not be replaced. If you would like your domestic order insured, there is a flat $4 fee in addition to the above shipping rates. When placing your order, just mention in the comments area that you would like your order insured. We will manually adjust the total price when we process your order.
Can Projekt.com ship oversees orders by Registered Airmail or Insurance?
Yes. The way we do this is by shipping your package via "Express Mail Service" which offers both insurance and a way to track your package. If you are in Mexico, choose the "Mexico Express" option during check-out. For the rest of the world: If you want this option, please enter "Insurance via EMS" in the Comments area of the check-out process. We will calculate the Express Mail Service rates, and email them to you for final approval. If you do not EMS your package, we will not replace it if it gets lost. Please keep this in mind
